Allison Cara Tolman (born April 2, 1985) was an American actor. Her nominations for Emmys and Golden Globes for her part in Fargo Season 1 playing Molly Solverson. Tolman is the youngest of three siblings, with two brothers older than her. Family members moved out of England in the United Kingdom to Sugar Land in Texas at the age of an infant. She spent the following five years in Oklahoma as well as West Texas, before moving to Sugar Land, Texas. It was the Fort Bend Community Theatre started its acting classes when she turned 10 years young. Clements High School graduated her in the year 2000. It featured Billy Bob Thornton and Martin Freeman alongside Bob Odenkirk. Tolman was praised for her performance in the character of Minnesota Police officer Molly Solverson. Vanity Fair declared that Tolman was "calmly assuredly stolen the entire the show". Tolman won an Critics' Choice Television Award in the category of Best Supporting Actress, movies/ministries. Also she was nominated in the category of Best Actress were received at the Emmy Awards as well as the Golden Globes. The same year, it was announced that Tolman will make an appearance on The Mindy project as Abby Berman who is a romance writer.
